All Fulfillable orders received by 2:00PM CST will ship out the following business day (Monday - Friday) via the USPS Priority Mail Service. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). We are not responsible nor offer compensation for delayed shipments due to inclement weather, Interruptions of service by the USPS, Acts of God, Acts of Terrorism or unforeseen events out of our control. Customers should expect to have their shipment arrive within 3-5 business days from shipment date.

We want to keep you satisfied, which is why we offer a 14 day money back guarantee to our customers. We want you to feel comfortable trying a new skin care regimen, and we understand finding the best skin care products for your particular skin type/concern can be challenging. We are more than happy to assist you in selecting the best products for you.

At this time, we can only accept returns on 2  individual items in any 365-day period.  After this limit has been reached, you are no longer able to return or exchange items until the 365-day period has passed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. When you return a product, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method.  Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.

Please follow this easy process to begin the return process:

1. Please contact us via email at returns@reviveclinicalskincare.com and include your original  Order number in the subject line. Please state the reason for the return.

2. Our Customer Service Team will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 48 hours, which is valid for 7 days. Returns must be in their original packaging and must be postmarked or have visible tracking within 7 days of receiving an RMA.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

4. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. All parts, pieces, cords, chargers, printed materials, promotional items, free gifts with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. (You may keep free gifts and gifts with purchase, but we may charge your account for the full value of the gift.) Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.

5. Change of Address After Shipment: If you need to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, please note that you will be charged a $15 fee to re-route the order, if possible through the carrier. Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package.

6. All returns are subject to validation and approval. We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return. If a return is received in the following condition,  we will not accept it and/or a fee may apply:

Return does not have RMA number written on outside of box. Returns without a RMA written on the outside of the box will not be accepted. If accepted, a fee of $15 will be assessed on the return and deducted from any refund.

Broken/Damaged Items. Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within  48 hours to immediately get an RMA and begin the return process. If you find any discrepancy in an order please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box or products or we will not be able to assist you to obtain a refund or exchange. It is very important that you retain these materials as we must have them in order to make a claim with the appropriate shipper and without them it is impossible to submit a claim. We will require you to take clear pictures of the damaged box and/or any damages and retain those for any claims.

Order is refused upon delivery. Refusal of an order upon delivery is not an approved return and will be refused. If it’s accepted by our warehouse, a $15 fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.

Order is returned with "Return to Sender" notice. Writing Return to Sender is not an acceptable way to return an order. It will not be received by our warehouse and your shipper will return it to the return shipping address. If it is accepted by our warehouse, a $15 fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returned item is not securely packaged for transit. Items not properly secured to prevent damage in transit are subject to a $15 fee. Please use original packing materials or a sturdy box with proper packing. Padded envelopes will not be accepted as goods are often damaged and are unable to be returned to manufacturer.

Returned item is damaged in transit. Return items damaged in transit will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please insure your return with the carrier.

Returned item arrives with postage due. If your return arrives with postage due, your order will be refused at the time of delivery. If your package is accepted, a flat $15 postage due fee will be deducted from your refund.
